So far this product is working perfectly. I used it on and off... mostly on... right out of the box for 1 hour. It warmed up a little but that was with constant use. I don't see that as a problem rather I see it as normal. As long as it holds up and the batteries last this could be used in a therapy studio or personal training environment or massage studio without a problem. Like all the other models I have seen the batteries do not seem to be replaceable therefore once the batteries stop taking a charge the unit is unusable. This is no different than a tablet or phone or any newer modern rechargeable device.
