Хорошее качество. Использовала на втором уровне: хороший прогиб, немного больно из-за выпирающих эллементов, но следов не остаётся и после использования спине значительно лучше. Однозначно рекомендую всем кто страдает от болей в пояснице

I have received this order in about 3 weeks to Austria. There are no damages due transportation even though the items were not packed in a thich package. The support looks like in the seller's advert and seems to be made out of a good material. The plastic is not soft. There are three different settings for the height of the supporting part. After testing it I will leave additional feedback.
